Barely a month after exiting her slot in the Hot 97 morning show line-up, radio personality Miss Jones has lost her follow-up gig in Philadelphia.
According to Radioandrecords.com, Monday (August 4th) was the last day the radio veteran, born Tarsha Jones, spent on the Radio One urban outlet for 100.3 the Beat. Miss Jones and her entire morning entourage were replaced by an all music morning show, “The Morning Beat.”
Jones worked at 100.3 while still at Hot 97. It is uncertain the cause of the change or the duration of the music-driven mornings on 100.3 the Beat.
In related news, Jonesy has a reality show set to debut on BET.
No surprise here. Tarsha Jones was a real bitch on radio (tho granted doing so gave her a career after she failed miserably on the music side), hating on everyone from Usher to Mary J. and who can forget that disgraceful “Tsunami Song” incident she led not too long back? But damn, a month? Either way I’m sure some low-rent radio station desperate for ratings will scoop up Tarsha & the Fools soon enough.

Miss Jones is definately missed, please believe me the station is missing her too. I am now forced to listen to Ed Lover in the morning and he is the king of corn, but I will never listen to hot 97 anymore until the return of Jonesy. The radio station is not practicing responsible journalism by hiring some idiot to report the news and sugar coat it, hell do they even report news anymore on that station. If people turned the station and boycotted there asses we would get what we want its not what the station head wants to hear it’s about what the people want to hear.

I listened to Miss Jones when she was on hot 97.1 and she was a bit explicit but she was real and I miss listening to her in the morning her and the rest of the crew because the morning show now is wack.
I am glad that she is gone. She was nothing more than a cheap copy of everyone. She was a azz fake Wendy Williams, and a low budget Star (of Star and Buc Wild). I stopped listening to Hot 97 because of her was was very surprised at the fact then when I was down at Fort Dix that she was no longer on the air down there also. In my opinion she really did not have any talent. She was bits and pieces of other personnalities that she either knew or worked with in the past and never developed a style of her own.

Miss Jones is an evil person I’d audition for the High school of Music & The Performing Arts in the mid 80s. I grew up with her in Astoria Housing Projects during the 70s! Our family was pretty close however; I left the Projects in JHS, and never saw her again until my audition at Music & Arts H.S. years later, where she attended a few years before I did. She was on special assignment during my audition at Music & Arts H.S in NYC. I saw her coming down the stairs at my audition and we looked at each other like we knew each other but I said to myself she looks familiar where do I know her? However, I know I did an excellent job at this audition for some reason my audition results came up missing, and could never be found until this very day! “She destroys them I know she did!” Miss Jones aka Tasha Jones is Evil person at heart!” I read her book she wrote I see that she did not get into the sorority she always wanted so bad Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. at SU Why? Because KARMA is a bitch Tasha Jones!!!!!! You will never be apart of AKA or BLGO; however, I am part of a prestigious BLGO and a proud member!” You Sank BITCH!” This girl is so mess up she come from a very battered home!
